Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre situated on Orsino Blvd, North Coogee is located in the heart of the $2 billion costal development being undertaken by Frasers Property Australia. Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre is anchored by a 3,200msq Woolworths Supermarket inclusive of a BMW along with 11 speciality tenancies and a secured undercover carpark consisting of 188 car spaces. The facility is designed to achieve a Green Star Retail Centre rating of 4 stars, achieved through the incorporation of a 30kW Photo Voltaic solar array maintained on the complex roof.
The mall area and external building design provides opportunity for specialist tenancies to conduct business in an accessible, well lit trendy shopping centre with modern aesthetics achieved by suspended Architectural feature panels coordinated with efficient LED lighting. During design of the Woolworths tenant space, focus was placed on providing the Majority Tenant with a fit out that maximised the efficiency of operation and meets the specific needs of Woolworth Limited. Emphasis was placed on maximising marketing opportunities of the Woolworths brand.
